Copper Alloy
Common grades: H62 Brass, QSn6.5 Tin Bronze

H62 Brass
Physical & mechanical properties:
Moderate hardness, excellent thermal & electrical conductivity, good wear resistance, shock resistance and sealing performance.
Machinability:
Top-tier cutting performance, excellent surface finish, no tool sticking. Perfect for turning, milling and thread rolling with high mass production efficiency.
Dimensional stability:
Stable material property, easy to maintain tight tolerance for small precision rotational parts.
Surface treatment:
Polishing, tin plating and nickel plating. Better oxidation resistance than carbon steel.
Applications:
Copper sleeves, nuts, threaded parts, electrical terminals and small valve
Advantages & Disadvantages:
Advantages: Easy to machine, fine appearance, good conductivity & thermal conductivity, reliable sealing.
Disadvantages: Higher cost than carbon steel, limited strength for heavy load use.
QSn6.5 Tin Bronze
Physical & mechanical properties:
Self-lubricating, anti-seizure and outstanding wear resistance for high-speed friction scenarios.
Machinability
Average cutting performance, more suitable for precision grinding.
Application
High-speed sliding bearings, shaft sleeves and wear-resistant friction pairs.
