Titanium Alloy
Common grade: TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V)

Physical & mechanical properties:
Ultra-high specific strength (light weight with superior strength over steel). Excellent resistance to high/low temperature and strong corrosion. Good biocompatibility and non-magnetic.
Machinability:
Extremely low thermal conductivity and high cutting resistance. Severe tool wear. Low spindle speed and small cutting depth are required for finish machining, not suitable for high-volume roughing.
Dimensional stability:
Stable material structure with nearly zero machining deformation, capable of ultra-precision manufacturing.
Surface treatment:
Passivation and anodizing. Natural corrosion resistance eliminates extra protection.
Applications:
Aerospace components, medical implants, high-end instruments and marine equipment parts.
Advantages & Disadvantages:
Advantages: Lightweight & high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, biocompatible, all-round superior performance.
Disadvantages: High material & processing cost, long production lead time.
