CNC Milling Processing

We specialize in high-precision CNC milling for prototypes, tooling, and low to mid-volume production. Using advanced equipment and experienced machinists, we produce complex, tight-tolerance parts in a variety of materials. Whether you need a one-off component or a production run, our team delivers consistent quality and fast turnaround times.

Secondary operations we providing

Improving Surface Characteristics & Wear Resistance

Deburring: Removing sharp edges and microscopic “burrs” left from machining.

Surface Finishing/Polishing: Includes manual polishing, abrasive blasting (bead, sand), and buffing.

Heat Treating: including Hardening, Annealing/Tempering,Stress Relieving

Enhancing Surface Properties (Corrosion/Wear)

Plating & Coatings:including Zinc plating (corrosion resistance), Nickel plating (hardness, corrosion), Chrome plating (extreme wear), Electroless Nickel (uniform coating, corrosion)

Anodizing (For Aluminum):Type II (corrosion resistance) and Type III (Hardcoat, for abrasion resistance)

Black Oxide/Passivation:Chemical processes that create a thin black or clear corrosion-resistant layer on steel or stainless steel, respectively.

Powder Coating:Applying a dry, decorative, and protective polymer powder electrostatically, then curing it. Used for durable, colored finishes

Adding Features or Joining Components

Marking/Permanently labeling the part.: Including Laser Engraving and Dot Peening

Welding:Joining multiple machined or sheet metal components (TIG, MIG, Laser).

Press Fits & Assembly:Pressing in bearings, bushings, or inserts (like helicoils for thread repair)

Adhesive Bonding:Using epoxies or specialty adhesives for assembly.

Achieving Final Dimensional & Geometric Accuracy

Grinding:Includes surface grinding (for flatness) and cylindrical grinding (for diameters).

Honing:achieve a precise crosshatch pattern and exact size on the interior of bores

Lapping:using a loose abrasive to achieve near-perfect flatness, surface finish, or fit between two mating parts.

Applications of CNC Milling

Aerospace

Used to manufacture safety-critical, lightweight, and heat-resistant components like turbine blades, landing gear parts, engine mounts, and structural fuselage sections.

Automotive

Essential for mass-producing engine blocks, cylinder heads, transmission housings, and custom suspension components.

Medical

Enables the production of high-precision surgical instruments, biocompatible implants (e.g., hip or dental), and prosthetics tailored to individual patient anatomy.

Electronics

Used for creating custom enclosures, heat sinks for thermal management, and intricate connectors for consumer tech like smartphones and laptops.

Energy

Critical for manufacturing alternative energy components, such as wind turbine hubs and brackets, solar panel mounts, and battery enclosures for electric vehicles.

Defense & Firearms

Applied to the creation of weapon systems, missile components, and firearm parts like barrels, triggers, and ammunition clips.
