Biocompatible materials only: Medical grade 316L stainless steel, titanium Ti-6Al-4V, PEEK, medical aluminum; reject industrial-grade raw materials

Mirror-smooth surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.2μm): No sharp edges to prevent tissue abrasion; electrolytic polishing mandatory for implants

Sterilization resistance: Parts withstand autoclave, EO gas, plasma sterilization without corrosion or deformation

⭐Cleanroom production: Dust-free workshop processing, dedicated cutting fluids free of toxic additives; separate tooling for medical parts to avoid cross-contamination

Strict dimensional consistency for mass implant batches; full dimensional inspection for critical sizes
