Our Sheet Metal Fabrication Processes

Laser Cutting

Fiber laser, accuracy ±0.10mm. Max thickness: 12mm carbon steel / 6mm stainless steel. Complex shapes, no burrs.

CNC Punching

Suitable for high-volume production. Punching, louvering, embossing, marking in one operation.

CNC Bending

Press brake up to [X]mm length. Accuracy: dimension ±0.15mm, angle ±0.5°.

Welding

TIG for thin stainless steel/aluminum (clean welds), MIG for thick carbon steel, spot welding for lap joints

PEM Fastener Insertion

Nuts, studs, standoffs for internal mounting points.

Deburring / Chamfering

Belt sander, vibratory finishing, chamfering machine for safe edges.

Materials We Work With for Sheet Metal Fabrication

We offer various materials for custom precision CNC turning parts. Aluminum is lightweight and easy to process. Stainless steel features great corrosion resistance, ideal for custom cnc turning shaft 304 stainless steel high precision components. Carbon steel is economical and durable. Brass ensures fine surface quality. Titanium combines high strength and light weight. POM and PEEK are reliable engineering plastics with wear and heat resistance for special applications.
